Privacy Policy – Telemaco

Last updated: September 2026

Telemaco is a private AI assistant operated by Ricardo Mola for his own personal use. It is not a public service and has no other users.

What data Telemaco accesses

Google API Services User Data Policy

With the owner's explicit authorization through Google OAuth, Telemaco accesses the owner's own Gmail data (messages, labels and drafts) using the Gmail API.

Telemaco's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How the data is used

Storage and security

The data is used only to provide features to the owner: summarizing emails, alerting about urgent messages, organizing emails with labels, and creating reply drafts for the owner to review. Telemaco never sends emails on its own and never deletes emails.

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted on a private server controlled by the owner. Email content is not stored permanently; only short summaries may be kept in the assistant's private notes.

Data processing and sharing

Revoking access

Email content is processed by an AI model provided by Anthropic (Claude API) solely to perform the features above. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with any other third party.

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
